If you are more than 20 mins late to your appointment, this fee will be added to the appointment for the inconvenience of having to moving other clients and delaying any plans i may have after your appointment.

If you would like to cancel your appointment, you can do so up to 24 hrs before your appointment time. I am flexible with rescheduling the appointment date & times however, please be aware that deposit payments are 50% and are non refundable.
